The Lowry

Above all, this was an amazing day at The Lowry Manchester as I really enjoyed photographing this couples special day.

Meanwhile, the day started  with Laura and her bridesmaid getting ready. Certainly, Laura seemed very relaxed as she looked forward to the day ahead. Shortly before she got into her wedding dress, I left for the church to capture the groomsmen, all looking very dapper

Service

Although Tony  looked a little nervous, he quickly relaxed as I began taking his photo. As the men went about their duties, I began shooting the guests arriving.

Soon after, Laura arrived with her dad in a VW camper van which added to the style and fun of the day. Laura looking stunning. The brides father looked extremely proud as he walked his daughter down the aisle.

Certainly, this was an intimate and touching ceremony. In addition, it was filled with enjoyment, emotion and full of beaming smiles. Indeed the atmosphere was magical as with light filtered through the stained glass windows of the church. Once outside, lots of confetti was thrown together with congratulating the newlyweds. Shortly after this I took some formal group photos.

Reception at The Lowry Hotel

After the church service, we did a quick stop at Trafford Football ground. Being footy fans of Man united, we couldn’t miss capturing some shots here.

On arriving at the The Lowry Manchester  all the guests went on the balcony whilst the newly weds stayed on the ground. This made for a lovely group photo of everyone. Shortly after, photos of the bridal party were taken on the bridge by the hotel. Soon after, the guests were whisked in for the wedding breakfast  in the infamous Hexagon room.  Moreover, this beautifully decorated room looked amazing with  light entering from all sides.

Indeed, this was a lovely day and a great pleasure to photograph.
