Sandhole Oak Barn

Natalie and Joe chose a stunning venue of Sandhole Oak Barn for their  wedding. Firstly, It is an amazing converted barn with  high ceilings, wooden floors and vast amounts of space and light.  Secondly, it was recorded as the hottest day ever recorded in July. Subsequently, the guests were able to relax outside and enjoy the weather.

Getting Ready at Sandhole Oak Barn

Natalie, her bridesmaids and flowergirls all prepared for the big day in a large and impressive bridal suite. I love photographing this part of the day as everyone was buzzing  and having a laugh. Everyone looked amazing in their dresses and I caught photos of them reflected in the large  ornate mirror. Natalie was really relaxed  and looked stunning in her dress. Shortly after, I met up with Joe and his groomsmen  putting the  final touches to their suits.

Wedding Service at Sandhole Oak Barn

Following on from this, I  captured Natalie being walked down by her dad and bridesmaids for the service. Natalie’s dad looked very proud as he walked her down the aisle. Their service was both intimate and emotional. Evidently Natalie and Joe only had eyes for each other. I captured their secret glances towards each other together with beaming smiles.

Reception

Soon after the service, drinks and canapes flowed whilst everyone enjoyed the amazing grounds. As the sun burnt down, guests could still sit outside and shade themselves under the beautiful oak clock tower.  Group photos were also taken here. Shortly after, myself and the bridal party  explored the grounds to capture some creative photos by the lake. Shortly after, everyone headed into the beautifully decorated room for their reception.

Congratulations Natalie and Joe, it was such a pleasure photographing your wedding!
