Celebration Reception at Styal Lodge
Wedding photographer Styal Lodge with all its rustic charm is the perfect venue for an amazing wedding. James and Stephanie had their ceremony here in December 2020. Being, during the covid restrictions they were allowed only 15 guests. Due to this they booked me for a couple of hours this August to capture their celebration reception with their extended family and friends. Having previously covered their ceremony, it was agreed to just capture their guests having a good time.
Steph who had the opportunity to wear her wedding dress once again looked amazing. James was very dapper too in his suit. Bridesmaids also wore their dress from last December and looked stunning too.

As guests arrived, everyone mingled and with lots of laughing and chatting, the drinks flowed together with lots of tasty canapes for the guests.
Just as Steph and James were about to greet guests, they were shrouded with confetti. This created a perfect wedding atmosphere to the day. Wedding photography at Style Lodge is full of areas for creative photography.
Unfortunately, due to the cold wet weather last December, we never had the opportunity to take photos down by the lake. This time, just before their reception meal we managed to zoom down in the golf buggy for a lake photo. We literally had less than a minute to take the photo as guests were currently being seated. With time to take just one pose, we had a lovely shot of them by the lake.
Soon, guests were whisked in for the meal, I left Stephanie and James to enjoy the remainder of their evening with family and friends.
