Mere Golf Resort  Wedding Photographer

Laura and Dave’s gorgeous Mere Golf Resort and Spa wedding started off with preparations at the hotel.  Whilst the hair and make up artists were creating their magic, Laura, her bridesmaids and her son were having a  fun time, especially the  flowergirls who  loved having their hair done  professionally.

Shortly after I met Dave and his groomsmen getting ready. This made for some fun shots as they struggled getting their ties done. Fortunately it wasn’t long before they all looked very dapper as we headed outside for photos.

On returning to the bridal room, I captured Laura’s’s dad looking emotional on seeing his daughter in her stunning dress for the first time. He really looked so proud as he walked his daughter down the aisle.

After an intimate ceremony, everybody headed  outside for the drinks reception. It couldn’t have been a more beautiful day as guests mingled and congratulated the happy couple. After time enjoyed with guests, some group photographs were taken with the backdrop of the Cheshire countryside.

It was then off around the golf course in a golf buggy for some intimate photos and a bit of alone time for the newlyweds. We visited  various fab locations around the Golf Course, not forgetting  the infamous Victorian red brick entrance to the  Golf Resort.

On arriving back, the room looked stunning, Soon, the guests were whisked inside for their reception meal. After the wedding breakfast, there some well received speeches full of funny anecdotes.

Evening celebrations started with the cutting of the cake followed  by a romantic first dance. Dave’s daughter and Laura’s son soon joined their parents in the dancing which was a lovely touch. Following on from this, guests could place bets at the casino or have fun in the amazing blow up photobooth.
