Wedding Photography at Owen House Barn
Being a wedding photographer at Owen House Wedding Barn is a real privilege as its such a stunning wedding venue with lots of rustic features which make for stunning backdrops for creative photography.
We began our day photographing Vicky and her bridesmaids getting ready in a converted barn which is now an amazing bridal suite. The atmosphere was full of excitement as everyone was duly getting ready with the help of make up artist, music and champagne. There was also a lovely touching moment when gifts for the bridesmaids were presented by Vicky.
Shortly after I headed over to meet Simon and his groomsmen who were all having a laugh playing table football in the aptly named ‘Barber Shed’. After heading back to the bridal suite I arrived just in time to capture Vicky’s dad seeing his daughter in her stunning dress. Vicky looked stunning in her wedding dress.
Service In The Rustic Barn
The service was both intimate and full of happiness as they said their ‘I do’s’ and exchanged wedding rings. The gorgeous rustic room was full of character with its wooden benches and strings of lights. Soon after the newlyweds were congratulated with a glass of bubbly and hugs from their friends and family.
Shortly after taking some requested group photos, Vicky and Simon hade some natural and relaxed portraits taken amongst the hay bails and other rustic spaces.
Soon, guests were then whisked inside for the reception meal which were followed by the speeches. There were heartfelt words together with funny anecdotes which caused quite a few laughs throughout the party.
